About Flor Pedrola (Facilitator and speaker)
Since I was young I have always felt a keen interest in people. I especially remember important moments with my elders who have taught me so much. Actually I enjoy sharing with other people, exploring ways of giving meaning to our lives, of discovering their talents and potential, and my own too, as an executive coach, a mother of a child with ADHD and as an adult with ADHD.
I have discovered and learned that many Leadership and Emotional Intelligence tools can be very useful for people living with this disorder and would like to share with you, through my blog, some tips and some practical applications in the world of ADHD.
My VISION is to live in a world where attention deficit, impulsiveness and hyperactivity are accepted and integrated as elements of diversity in society.-
